Martini Lounge
The centerpiece of the lounge area is a magnificently restored fireplace with Plaster of Paris cherubs and flowers. Cozy chairs and fine grain tables are placed in conversational groups for your comfort. Among the many pieces of furniture, there is an elegant granite top dresser, refinished original pew and a wooden console radio.
The Martini Lounge is an elegantly merlot faux finish with mahogany wood paneling in the bar area. The bar area floor is a triple brown grained marble and restored original ceramic tile. Suspended over the marble bar counter top four Tiffany style lamps and vase over the marble floor hang. The bar is stocked with finer liquors, beers and cigars.
The Martini Lounge is located off the Foyer and 1st floor levels near the water fountain. It is open one hour before every scheduled event in the Lafayette Grande. On certain evenings, the Martini Lounge may open to the public for after work crowds and cigar parties. The Martini Lounge is perfect for engagements, rehearsals or small after work office parties. The room accommodates approximately 75 guests. Call for availability and menu options.
